National's Tim Macindoe and Nikki Kaye debate alcohol reform

Michael Laws speaks to National's Tim Macindoe, MP for Hamilton West, about the bill to raise the alcohol age of consumption to 20. Tim says that the age change will reduce drunkenness and binge drinking in our community.
