The International Criminal Court is to launch an inquiry into the NZ Government's antenatal Down's Sydrome screening programme. A complaint has been filed with the court by Saving Down's, on the basis that the screening devalues the lives of children with the condition, contributing to persecution. 3rd July 2012.
