Have you been affected by the eruption of Mt. Tongariro overnight?
Tongariro has erupted for the first time since 1897, sending a plume of ash as far away as Napier and causing many locals to evacuate their homes for the night. There are also reports of the sulphur being smelled as far away as Hamilton.
