Mike Tyson has had his previously-approved NZ entry visa cancelled.
The former heavyweight champion has prior convictions for rape and assault meaning his approval required special direction from the Minister of Immigration or Associate Minister.
It has emerged a letter from charity Life Education Trust, appearing to support Tyson's entry, was sent in error.
