Kim Dotcom judge stands down - Audio

The Judge in the Kim Dotcom case has stood down after comments were made at a Wellington conference and Samantha Hayes from RadioLIVE Drive talked to Professor Bill Hodge from the Law School at Auckland University. Professor Hodge says that the judge has done this to appear unbiased and with no pre-determination - and it has all happened because of a mistaken joke. 18 July 2012
