Does our government even know what is going on, and what has gone on, in the Kim Dotcom case?
It has been revealed that Deputy Prime Minister Bill English knew spies were operating on Kim Dotcom before Prime Minister John Key did.
Mr. English signed off a Ministerial Certificate for the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) while the Prime Minister was overseas.
It's alleged that the GCSB monitored Kim Dotcom's communications before his arrest in January this year. It is illegal for the spy agency, run by PM John Key, to spy on New Zealand citizens and residents.
