Duncan Garner talked to the winner of one of the major categories of the New Zealand Innovation Awards, New Zealand's Most Inspiring Individual of the Year, Jenene Crossan.
Over 700 entrepreneurs, innovators, investors and business people from around the country, gathered in Auckland to find out who the winners were at this year's NZ Innovation Awards. 21 Kiwis are now carrying the flag for being the best innovators in their industry.
Jenene launched Flossie.com - an app that enables you to request, book and pay for hair and beauty appointments via your mobile phone. It's been called a revolutionary mobile booking system for hair and beauty appointments and apparently the future of how people will make bookings. Uber for beauty if you like!
