Is Pike River body recovery less likely following its sale?
18 months since the disastrous mine explosion at Pike River, do you think the families will ever get their wish?
News last week that the mine had been purchased by Solid Energy, and that body recovery will only go ahead if it is "safe, technically feasible and financially credible", has shattered the families' hopes.
Prime Minister John Key told Marcus Lush this morning that no promises have been broken and that body recovery will go ahead as soon as there is a safe plan of action.
"No one wants to get inside that mine more than I do," he confirmed.
Is the likelihood of recovery constantly reducing?
