Who's odder though, the person who's already up so just sends a text, or the person who hears a beep while asleep in bed, then gets up and reads the text at 3 in the morning?

The mayor should leave his cell phone at home or in the office if he plains on drinking.... I have friends who drink then text me there opinions after a few drinks... I take it as just that drunk innuendo... A lot of people under stress... See a clear day as they come out of the fog after a few drinks everything seems too be clearer too see and understand... Its diffidently not a good idea too drink then text your emotions your feeling at the time... (wrong or right) wait till the morning...

IF it was sent at 3am, then Williams is a moron. You don't call people at 3am unless it's an emergency, same goes for texts.
IF it was delivered late by the telco, then there's little Williams could do about it, and he can't be held accountable for that.

My friends have had trouble with vodafone txting where it arrives many hours later. They have lost lots of money as these txts were work related. I have had no trouble with voodafone but have experienced difficulty withh 2% where a few of my txts have not got to the person for a couple of days. It's hard to use a service that is unreliable. Maybe this is happening to Andrew Williams too.
