Hamish Dodd and Alex Breingan inspect the house

So last Sunday after the show, Alex & Hamish started to design in the first part of Alex & Hamish’s Extreme Home Renovation Project!

We walked through the property and discussed the various options of what needs to be fixed to make it habitable and talked about materials, colours, products and the overall look. We are looking at a complete renovation here – almost nothing will stay. The kitchen and bathrooms need to be stripped out and remodelled. The carpet will come up and new floorings go down – but what sort? Tiles, carpet, vinyl or polish the original boards?
