Foetal alcohol syndrome is getting worse - Audio

The cases of foetal alcohol are becoming more prevelant and Dr Russell Wills, Children's Commissioner is presenting at a select committee on the perils of alcohol in the community. Dr Wills said that about a fith of the kids being referred to paediatricians have problems with development and behaviour - he blames foetal alcohol.
