Helen's feijoa and pineapple jam recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound feijoas
2 cups crushed pineapple
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 pound sugar

Method

Cut up feijoas roughly, mix with pineapple and lemon juice.
Cook until the fruit are tender, then add sugar and cook until jam tests cooked.
