Ingredients300ml cream
2 eggs, separated
½ cup sugar
InstructionsBeat cream until just whipped.
Beat egg whites with ¼ cup sugar until stiff.
Combine egg yolks with remaining sugar and beat well.
Mix egg yolks into cream and then fold in egg whites.
Pour into a plastic container, cover and freeze until firm.
* add chopped chocolate, biscuits, fruit or vanilla to suit.
