Dr Brendon Bradley, University of Canterbury earthquake engineer, along with his fiancée Brenda Sargent, have survived both Christchurch earthquakes and the Japanese earthquake. Brent Impey talks to Dr. Bradley about his reasons for being in Japan at the time the quake hit. 15th March 2011.
