Both kids and adults will be queuing for a taste of these oven-baked crunchy chicken drumsticks.

80g chicken flavoured potato chips
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon finely choped parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 chicken drumsticks
Preheat oven to 180°C. Crush chips and place in a shallow dish along with the breadcrumbs, parsley and parmesan cheese.
Break the eggs into a separate shallow dish and whisk with a fork. Dip the chicken into the egg, then into the chip and crumb mix.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a roasting dish and cook for 45 until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Check that the juices run clear when the meat is pierced with a skewer.
Tips: You can also use plain chips and add chicken stock to the mixture, or simply leave the coating without flavour.
