Michael Laws speaks to family members of Alexis Green. Alexis died last October, aged just eight months, after being taken from her mother and placed into the care of Child, Youth and Family (CYFs). Shannon, brother of Alexis' mother, says he believes that the CYFs caregiver should be charged. Sister of the mother Carla then tells Michael that their sister has her troubles, but was a good mother.
