Are plans for an atheist 'no God' bus campaign repulsive?

Being a minority atheist, support campaign. Find the attempts to prove or disprove god a load of dribble coming from rambling fools worldwide. For me reglious people are those who need support in their lives, and that's okay as long as they don't try to ram their beliefs down my throat or try to force their beliefs on my family - which is exactly what they keep trying to do - and listen to the centeries of reasoning bla bla bla behind it all...read bible bla bla - its true - bla bla bla, I can prove bla bla, and this is the one I love the most "you won't be happy until you find god" bla bla.

Let the reglious types explain infinity - it must be god because it can't!

Here's an intersting thought, if we made the universe the size of the earth, how big would the earth be? Then how big are you? Given we live in an infinite space how significant are we all really? I think the bus slogan answers the question!

Darren all i can say is no religon is right and none is wrong, if the whole world only had one religion it would actually be 6 billion diffrent religions as we all have free thought and we process info diffrently we all each and everyone of us view this world through our own eyes and if you got everyone to draw an image of there god then you would find that we have 6 billion diffrent gods and thats the joy of religion,Even if we go to the same church my god will always be diffrent from yours or his even though our gods come from the same book he/she is actually a totaly diffrent image or temperment from yours, simply because of free thought. My god will be built to the needs that suit me best as will yours. So there is the reason why we have so many diffrent religions and so many diffrent branches of the same religion. There is only ONE TRUTH and that is your own truth and the ONE FAITH is your own faith,having an audience with god is an extremly personal experience,you never hear about god showing himself to a whole group of people at one time it always only happens to inderviduals like moses when they are alone?... strange that isnt it, I dont care for any organised religion in this world i know now god can never for me be found in a book,he resides in my heart. The huge problem i have with religion is when people kill in the name of there religion and then try to use there religion to justifiy there own action. this is not true of many but i simply can not belong to a group that lets death happen in the name of there religion.

Darren - I don't think there is "hard evidence" to prove there is no creator or God, it goes both ways. (I'm agnostic). I accept the possibility of "God" or something similar but it's not something I have faith in.

Bianca I'm so not going to bother wasting my precious time telling you diddly doo any more, you call my comments ramblings..whatever! You are not worthy of my time and efforts. It would take up an awful lot of space and time to give examples of what hard evidence there is that God must exist. You want hard evidence, find it out on your own time! With an attitude like yours, and the insults you throw my way it's enough to put me off and dislike you immensely. Figure it out for yourself, do your own research if you actually care about finding out what evidence their is, but it seems you are intent on finding excuses that don't support the existence of God. Johanna I'm going to have to put your latest comments down to ramblings. "As for hard evidence, do the research yourself" is laughably unconvincing. I am having doubts you know what hard evidence actually means.

I think that this kind of advertising is a good thing it will get people thinking and asking questions about life. I believe we are witnessing the global attack on ALL religion! www.False-Religion.com
