Alarming,whats that mean?.

It looks like Mr Hubbard can say something like,"payup dudes we need money", but he's not there......is he.
Isnt that what the money is for......to lend?.
I can understand where the money is when a bank robber takes it but what is being said here,then look at the cost of investigation,then times that by 5,then give me the rest cause this is a stick up?.
Or what is being said is people dont know what to do with what money they have,it sounds like too many people are doing the wrong business in the first place.
